Cheese Garlic Muffin
(low carb-- replacement for bread)
ingredient:
-2 cups of almond flour
-1 cup sour cream(full fat-Hexa halal brand)
-1 cup cheddar cheese
-1 cup melted butter
-1ts baking powder
-1ts bread softener
-1ts garlic powder
-3 eggs
break the eggs put into the bowl
add in sour cream
and melted butter then wisk well
the almond flour is recommended to keep in the refrigerator for a night in order to avoid the clock and can smoothly wisk them later
add baking powder/garlic powder into the bowl and wisk them well too
then put the dried part into the wet ingredient(almond flour and cheddar cheese into the other bowl eggs/butter) then wisk them altogether well and thoroughly
ensure to wisk them thorougly for all ingredient mixed well
then scoup them evey to each baking mould
bake 210 degree for 10 minutes
